?Today I decided I’m also due for new shoes and went to Fleet Feet and he suggested a Neutral shoe (Nike Vomero+5) with a pink superfeet insert. He said my feet look find and I pronate on my left alittle but nothing major (my shin issues have all been on my right)
Now I’m sooo confused, should I go to another store and get there option or switch to the neutral shoe? I hate to put down another $130 and hate them but now I wonder if I’ve been in the wrong shoe from the beginning. have very flat feet and no arch when I stand still. I am a neutral runner. been put in stability shoes due to my arch, but suffered terrible pain because of it. neutral shoe was just what I needed. was amazed how light it was compared to the stability shoes. live in the city, walk everywhere and bike to work. if I find a pair of shoes I ‘tried’ and they didn’t work as running shoes I use them for all my other activities. way I get use out of all my shoes. I’m a bit of a miser that way and don’t like throwing anything out unless it is sufficiently used up! you still aren’t sure then I’d try another running store. ‘shoe guys’ aren’t perfect! luck.
