Order Online Cheap Jordan White Metallic 5s For Cheap Mens Shoes

?How far is the run? I’d be hesitant to spend a lot of money on a pair of barefoot shoes (they’re not cheap) for a single race. I’d personally be inclined to wear a pair of old shoes I can throw away afterwards, assuming it’s not a crazy long distance. But, if you do decide to buy, some of Merrell’s running shoes are machine washable, including the Bare Access Arc, which is what I primarily run in. Keep in mind barefoot shoes will have either a very low or zero drop, which you’ll have to gradually get used to if you’re currently running in traditional shoes.

Good luck! A friend of mine did a mud run last year and loved it. She wore a pair of her son’s old PE shoes and donated them afterward.

My advice is to move quickly in the deep mud pits. The mud gets so sloshy in there and if you move too slow you are sure to lose your shoes duct tape or not. I have also heard you can drill holes in the bottom of your shoes to help. I didn’t try that trick though. I also heard workout gloves for your hands help with gripping the climbing obstacles. I definitely tossed my shoes afterwards but had intended to the whole time so I never rinsed them. My cousin uses trail shoes and says they work better. He resuses the same pair for mud runs only.
