I tried to start something on Bad Company 2 with my friends. It was me and Air Jordan 8s about 7 other friends/roommates. We rented a server for about a month to see how it went. I started a thread about this to get people to join. The problem was that starting a server was hard. We got it full a few times, but that was it. We also figured that a lot of people just hit the “play now” button and that searches for games that have 8+ players. We can all play everyday to satisfy that criteria. A few weeks after we bought it, the server blew up according to my friend. They sent him an e mail saying the server was gone. This was before our month was up. We sent an e mail, but haven gotten a reply yet.
