Hi, I have been doing gym for the past 1 year and have been doing circuit training for the past 4months almost 3 days a week. I have the same height but my weight is 60kg. My weight used to be 60kg and lost for about 5kg in 1 month. I still maintained my fitness but stopped relying on the weight scale. After 3 months, I checked my weight and gained 5kg again but still have the same waistline when I lost some weight. This could probably the muscle gain.
For my diet, I had mini meals 5 6 times a day with 2 3 hour gap between each meal so your metabolism should still boost throughout the day. The first 3 4 mini meals can contain carbs but the last 2 mini meals should be proteins so it would consume the (extra) carbs you had in the first four mini meals. I do this everyday but had a limit of 1 dessert for 1 week. I cut out oily foods,pastries,sodas,flavoured drinks(even fruit juices) and other processed foods. Make sure every time you eat carbs, you should pair it with proteins like nuts. I recommend that you replace cornflakes with whole grain cereals and dairy milk with almond milk or soy milk. Drink green tea since it helps loosing weight.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and it gets better if you drink more than that.
For my workout, I did HIIT (High intensity interval training) for almost everyday (of course I had rest day). Since I not that wealthy enough to get myself a trainer, I relied on some of the videos in sixpackshortcut in youtube which is very helpful even in just 5 mins. Surprisingly, I lost 1 kg each week in the first month. But my body is plateauing (your Air Jordan 17s body got used to the same workout that it stops working for you). I got good results but I am so eager that I even started running first thing in the morning (no pre workout snack so it will burn your fats instead of the carbs). So overall: you either gained muscles and lost some fats or you ate more than you think and exercise it off which leads to plateauing.

Extra info: I am just 15 yrs old and I don worry if gained a little because I still growing (talking about puberty). I started this off because they say you get better results if you start early and when your muscles grow mature enough.
