Little did I know that some of my favorite artwork finds on Pinterest were all coming from the same online shop. Children Inspire Design is a Air Jordan 6s product line of beautiful artwork for kids (And let face it, adults too!) that is inspired by helping kids develop a compassion for the earth, and for all the people who inhabit it.
They Air Jordan 5 Retro line of art includes wall art, posters and wall cards which are printed on repurposed papers with eco friendly inks and biodegradable packaging. With an emphasis on nature, community and the world around us, they designs really capture a child heart. On their website, Children Inspire Design says this about their products:
We want parents to use our art not just as decor, but as learning tools; as a way to introduce a child to their heritage and to teach them at an early age that caring for our earth is everyone responsibility. If we give them tools now, that responsibility will be second nature to them as adults.
But the goodness of this company doesn stop there. They also believe in supporting mothers. As a small team of mothers who run the business, they also employ mom run businesses to do aspects of their designing, printing and marketing. Recently, they also took their giving another step further. They began the One Mother To Another Initiative. Every product in this line was created by mothers in impoverished areas of Mexico and Haiti. Through the fair trade of these products they are given economic opportunities not normally available to them.

It so difficult to pick a favorite! As a new mom (13 weeks ago), I feel like all of the messages communicated are so important for my son to learn and live. Plus, everything is just so dang cute!! I love that each is printed on repurposed papers with eco friendly inks and biodegradable packaging.
