Air Jordan 5s but not while running

What could it be? I am almost done with the C25k (again!) I am running 25 minutes fairly easily and can keep going but haven’t b/c I didn’t want to over do it so have one more 25 minute run left. I have been running barefoot on the treadmill (I’m not “into” barefoot running but I started doing it when I cut my foot and couldn’t wear shoes and kinda like it b/c nothing rubs or hurts or anything funny). I do plan to wear shoes Air Jordan 5s when outdoors. I do not feel I am working too hard. My legs feel fine after running (a little tight in my calves but I stretch and it goes away). But after sleeping all night, my knee hurts to stand up straight. I feel like a rickety old lady. And I just now stood on my knees while cleaning and it hurt terribly, but only when I was actually on it pain went away upon standing up. I haven’t run since Wednesday but did lift Air Jordan 3s weights on Thursday. But this happened even prior to me starting with weights. Is it something I can irgnore? Should I just use ice or heat?

Okay Air Jordan CDP I put ice on it while watching a movie last night. Stretched Jordan Retro 10 it a lot throughout the evening and woke up pain free! Yay! I notice if I sit with it curled for a long time (watching a show, working, etc) it is achey when I stand up and just takes a few minutes to loosen, I guess. The pain is inside. Not the kneecap at all. Possibly down the outside but more toward the middle. I ran the 25 minutes today and oddly it does not hurt Jordan 10 Retro at all while running.

Thanks for the info. I did look at the symptom finder on Runners World but couldn’t decide which one fit. I will ice for now and not push myself too hard. Moving up to 28 minutes and then 30. I will be starting outside probably in 2 weeks.
